New York State Rural Rental Housing Association has developed an updated, attorney-and Rural Development (RD)-approved lease for use in New York State. Below is a link for a sample of the lease.
If you decide the lease meets your needs, you can purchase a version in Word for $150/project. Once you contact our office you will be sent a form to fill out and include with payment. The lease will then be emailed to you.
